Summary
On remand, the Texas Eleventh Court of Appeals reversed the trial court’s orders and directed it to compel the parties to arbitration and stay the trial-court proceedings pending arbitration. The court also severed a provision of the American Cotton Shippers Association’s arbitration rules limiting awards and allocated appellate costs three-fourths to the appellees and one-fourth to the appellants.
